Melinda Baxter

Melinda Baxter, Director of the RGA ROSE Consulting Group, is a registered nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience. She work in RGA’s healthcare division to provide consultation and cost containment for complex, high-dollar claims. Prior to joining RGA, Melinda worked in oncology, diabetes, home hospice, clinical research and transplantation at a major academic medical center.  Melinda holds a Masters in Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a frequent speaker on topics such as gene therapy, specialty Rx and trend in high dollar claims.
