Ground Transportation
RGA will provide complimentary ground transportation to/from MSP International airport and the St. James Hotel, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, as well as to all conference offsite activities.
RGA will provide shuttle services on Monday June 12th from Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport to Red Wing. Red Wing is located approximately 50 miles (55 mins) from the airport.
Eclipse Transport Drivers will meet guests needing a shuttle at Baggage Claim 6 with an RGA name sign. Please meet the driver and provide your name and company and they will escort you to the shuttle.
Shuttle services from Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport to Red Wing, on Monday June 12th are scheduled for:
- 12:30 p.m.
- 3:30 p.m.
- 6:30 p.m.
If you experience delays, or the shuttle times don’t work for you, please call Amanda Hurst: (416) 642-6148 on the day and we will arrange alternate transport.
At the conclusion of the conference, RGA will provide shuttles from Red Wing to Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport on Thursday June 15th. Shuttles are scheduled for:
- 4:30 a.m.
- 7:00 a.m.
- 10:00 a.m.

All air travel arrangements and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the registered attendee. RGA has discounted rates at the St. James Hotel and Holiday Inn Express and Suites.
